The Occupational Endorsement Certificate (OEC) in Business Leadership focuses on students developing skills to effectively manage individuals to achieve organizational objectives. Students can earn this certificate without leaving Kodiak, making it ideal for working professionals or students of all levels. This OEC is an easy entry into the University, these credits can be applied to the AAS in General Business.
