Position Summary:

Kodiak College is seek a diverse pool of well qualified applicants for the position of Campus Director. Kodiak College is a community campus of the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA). The Campus Director is a Senior Administrator position reporting to the UAA Chancellor with operational oversight provided by UAA Academic Affairs.

Required Experience:

Administrative leadership experience, including program planning, budget management, development and management of personnel. Experience in higher education/post-secondary setting is strongly preferred.

Significant experience advocating for employees and organizations. Significant documented success in acquisition of external funding.

Typical Education or Training:

A master's degree from a regionally accredited institution is required. Doctorate (or equivalent terminal degree) is preferred and may be accepted in lieu of a master's degree. Successful applicants must provide official transcripts documenting academic credentials required for the position as a condition of employment.
