The scholarship deadline at Kodiak College and the University of Alaska is fast approaching.
The priority deadline is February 15. While applications will be accepted and awards may be made after this date, Kodiak
College recommends students submit their applications now for full consideration.
Completing the UA scholarship application will put students in the running for over
200 statewide scholarships as well as five Kodiak College specific scholarships!

Last year few students applied, and not all of the funding was able to be given away,
says Kodiak College professor and scholarship committee reviewer, Dr. Cindy Trussell.
Reviewers are also looking for strong responses to the essay questions on the application.
