How to apply for admission to Kodiak College, UAA

New students and students who have not taken classes in the University of Alaska system for 2 years or more need to apply for admission. Students must apply for admission before they can register for classes.

Step 1: What type of student are you?

There are two different applications for Kodiak College: Degree Seeking and Non-Degree Seeking.

Degree seeking students...

-Are admitted to a degree or certificate program.

-Are eligible for most financial aid and scholarships.

-May register for classes during priority registration.

-Pay a $40 application fee.

Non-Degree Seeking Students...

-Are not eligible for financial aid.

-Must wait until open registration to register for classes.

-Do not pay an application fee.
