Join Kodiak College and the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce for a special Business After Hours event
From pickleball to painting, improv to learning to lift a fingerprint - join us for the March Cabin Fever Reliever event on Friday, March 29th from 5:00-7:00 PM. You'll be able to ask questions about degree planning, learn about financing your college career, engage in fun activities, meet professors, visit our community education art show, and enjoy complimentary appetizers and drinks. In addition to providing college classes, degrees, and certificates, Kodiak College offers a wide range of activities and services for our community. Stop by for a taste of all that Kodiak College has to offer!

Invisible Proof: Can you see an arch, loop, or whorl? (5:30 PM only) 
Join our justice faculty, Kat Gambling and learn the art of uncovering some of the invisible marks we leave behind.

Maritime Jeopardy: Dive into Trivia (5:30 & 6:00 PM) 
Join our Maritime Programs Coordinator, Rich Gonzalez, to see how much knowledge you have in the maritime topics. Bring a team to compete.

Brewing Chai: A Journey of Flavor and Tradition (6:00 PM only) 
Join Director, Jacelyn Keys, and learn how to make Masala Chai (spiced milk tea) from scratch. Enjoy the flavors of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and more.

Improv Blitz: Dive into Spontaneity (5:30 & 6:00PM) 
Join English faculty, Jared Griffin for an improv workshop which promises to ignite creativity and spontaneity,for those with a flair for the dramatic.

Community Education Art Show 
Stop by the library to view some of the art projects completed in the recent community education classes taught including Printmaking, Marine Mosaics, and Acrylic Paint Pouring.
Puzzle it Out 
Come visit us at Adult Education! Try one of a variety of puzzles and see our resources. There is something for everyone.
Lifetime Sports 
Join our math faculty, Jesse Mickelson in the back of the parking lot to try your hand at pickleball if the weather is nice. Otherwise, you can join him in the woodshop to try your hand at cornhole.
Ikigai: Finding Life's Purpose 
Join academic counselor, Barb Brown, in an exploration of Ikigai.
Split the Pot Drawing 
There will be prizes and the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce will run a Split the Pot Drawing,
Appetizers and Beverages 
Guests will be treated to complimentary appetizers and beverages.
Throughout the evening there will be informational tables at locations around campus.

College is expensive! But can be affordable or FREE when learning strategies, and opportunities that apply to your options. Our Financial Aid Advisor, Nancy Castro, will have information about many different options for to pay for college.
