Library News

As we all transition to alternative education delivery methods, we would like our students to know that we at the library are still here to help. Both Sara and Mike will be available via phone, email, or Zoom to help students with their research and any other assignments and projects. You can email us papers if you would like us to proofread them and check citations. If you need help navigating the UAA Consortium's electronic resources (journals, newspapers, ebooks, articles, etc.) we can help you over the phone or live on Zoom. If you need to have material printed we can also help you with that, simply email us the files that need to be printed and we will set up a time and place for you to pick them up. Please contact us if you need help with anything, even if you don't think it's library related; we're here to help you succeed!

1.   If you need to check out a library book or DVD (even if you don’t know which one), please call 486-1238 and leave a message if no answer, or email mjtrussell@alaska.edu. We can discuss what resource would best fit your needs and how you can get it.

 3.   If you need materials printed (notes, PowerPoints, PDF’s, etc.), please email the files you need printed to mjtrussell@alaska.edu. We will instruct you how to pick up these printed materials.

We will respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as possible. Please leave a detailed message if we are unable to answer the phone. We are happy to answer any other questions you may have even if they are not “library related”. Thank you for your patience.
