Kodiak College continues to function primarily via alternate course delivery, remote work, and controlled access to campus facilities. How to apply for admission to Kodiak College

New students and students who have not taken classes in the University of Alaska system for 2 years or more need to apply for admission. Students must apply for admission before they can register for classes.   

Step 1: 

There are two different applications for Kodiak College: Degree Seeking and Non-Degree Seeking. 

  What type of student are you?

Degree seeking students

-Are admitted to a degree or certificate program.

-Are eligible for most financial aid and scholarships.

-May register for classes during priority registration.

Non-Degree Seeking Students

-Are not eligible for financial aid.

-Must wait until open registration to register for classes.

-Do not pay an application fee.
