Biography

I am a Professor of Education and Coordinator for teacher education programs on the Emerald Isle. I teach UAA Early Childhood education courses and and initial teacher education courses through University of Alaska Southeast (UAS).  I serve the College, University, and Kodiak community through work on various committees and projects including the UAA Faculty Senate, Kodiak Early Childhood Coalition, and the Munartet Project Grant. I serve the education majors in Kodiak as an instructor, advisor, clinical supervisor, and sponsor of Club ED. 

I hold office hours between 2-4pm on Mondays and welcome students’ requests for in-person, phone, or Skype appointments at their convenience.
