Sign up for the Six-Pack Captain's License Course

Summer is just around the corner! The OUPV/Six-Pack Captain's License is a must-have for those interested in offering fishing and sailing charters, conducting sightseeing tours, and more. Commonly known as the "6-Pack license," it permits you to have up to six paying passengers and crew onboard.

Kodiak College is offering the OUPV/Six-Pack course at the Kodiak campus from March 16 – March 21, 2026. Classes will be delivered Monday through Saturday 9am-6pm. The cost for the OUPV/Six-Pack Captain’s License course is $999. Seating is limited for this course. Register through our Community Education Portal.
