Students who take summer classes can stay on track, get ahead, or even graduate with their degree sooner. Kodiak College, summer sessions begin May 20, 2024.

Why Summer Sessions?

Small Course Sizes

Since small class sizes allow our students to have more focused interactions with their classmates and professors, our summer students are able to obtain a richer understanding in their subjects of study.

Structured Course Sessions

We offer both 5-week and 10-week summer sessions in order to accommodate our students with the best possible options for their schedules. These options provide our students with courses that are more concentrated than our fall and spring semester courses.

Diverse Course Selections

Our wide range of course subjects give our students the ability to choose courses that will enrich their knowledge, including courses that are popular during the fall and spring semesters.  We also have online course options for students interested in distance learning.

Summer Schedule
  • Log in via your UAOnline Account
  • Under the Student Services & Account Information tab, select Registration
    • Select Alternate Class Search and enter these parameters:
      • Search by Term: Summer Semester 2024
      • Campus: UAA - Kodiak
  • Select the boxes next to the CRN's of the classes you are registering for and click Add to Worksheet.
