Biography
Jim completed a career flying Search and Rescue helicopters for the U.S. Coast Guard
where he served as an Instructor Pilot for 9 years including 3 years teaching at the
Navy flight school in Pensacola, Fl. He earned a Bachelors of Science in civil engineering
from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and a Masters of Science in quality systems management
from the National Graduate School. He holds certificates as a Certified Flight Instructor,
NGS Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma, CWA Climbing Wall Instructor and a Corsera Project
Manager. For fun, he enjoys rock climbing, fishing and jamming on the ukulele.
